Stop 6- Alamogordo, NM – White Sands National Park

Monday, January 27th. Talk about an epic day. White Sands National Monument was changed to a National Park in December of 2019. The Monument signs were still outside- what a treat that we got to explore it only months after it becoming a National Park. Once again, our little 4th grader Izzy got us into the park for free. They say a picture is worth a thousand….

Still smiling! Almost a whole month on the road!

First Attempt!

Go DDB! (Dare Devil Ben). Upping the Ante with jumps.

Sunset at White Sands NP
Reminded us of snow at Mt Bachelor so very much. There were plows pushing the sand off the roads too. Crazy.
