Welcome to the Limoges’ (Clark, JP, Izzy, Ben, and Riggs) travel blog. We are traveling the U.S. over the next 6 months to see the various parts of the country, and to experience life a little differently. Why enchilada? Enchiladas are a favorite dish in our house. They are always adventurous and filled with surprises. So, we’ll take the enchilada, the whole enchilada, for the next 6 months. We’ll update the blog as much as we can, and we hope you’ll follow us along the way.
